Ordering Passes\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Orders must be placed before the monthly deadline set by each Company.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;The Companies will use reasonable efforts to deliver passes at least 3 days before their start date.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Only pass types made available under the Taxsaver Scheme can be purchased.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>4. Employer Responsibilities\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>The Employer agrees to:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all relevant tax laws, including Section 118(5A) TCA 1997 and Revenue's Taxsaver rules.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Acknowledge that the Companies \u003Cstrong>do not provide tax advice\u003C/strong> on employee taxation or salary sacrifice arrangements.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure passes are issued to employees in accordance with Revenue conditions.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Nominate a designated contact to manage orders and payments.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Comply with all Data Protection legislation (as will each Company).\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>5. Payment\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Employers must pay in full for all passes ordered.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Payment options:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>&nbsp; &nbsp; \u003Cstrong>&nbsp;A. Credit card \u003C/strong>- paid at time of order\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>&nbsp; &nbsp; \u003Cstrong>&nbsp;B. Direct debit \u003C/strong>- taken 5-14 days after order\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Monthly and annual passes must be fully paid \u003Cstrong>before dispatch\u003C/strong>.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;All payments are in \u003Cstrong>euro (€)\u003C/strong>.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>6. Non-payment\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>The relevant Company may cancel or withhold any pass if payment is not received in full.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>7. Conditions of Use\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n  \u003Cli>All passes are subject to the bye-laws, conditions of carriage and regulations of Dublin Bus, Bus Éireann, Irish Rail and Luas.\u003C/li>\n  \u003Cli>Employers must ensure employees are made aware of these conditions.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>8. Price Changes\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>The Companies may increase pass prices at any time.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>9. Pass Ownership &amp; Transfer\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n  \u003Cli>Taxsaver passes are non-transferable and tied to the specific employee for whom they are ordered.\u003C/li>\n  \u003Cli>Employers must ensure employee compliance with this requirement.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>10. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Passes (Monthly &amp; Annual)\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Customers are advised to register their monthly or annual Leap Cards.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Both monthly and annual Leap Cards can be replaced by logging into your Leap Card account at \u003Ca href=\"//www.leapcard.ie\">www.leapcard.ie\u003C/a>:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Log into your Leap Card account.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>2.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Select \"Refund or Replace\".\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>3.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Choose \"Replace\" (do not choose \"Refund\").\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>4.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the replacement request.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>5.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Confirm with Leap the expected timeframe for replacing your ticket or product.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>11. Bus Éireann - Additional Operational Rules\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Tickets are posted only to the company address.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Late orders or late payments may delay delivery; refunds are not issued for such delays.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Leap Cards must be updated for renewals via PostPoint stores, the Leap Top-Up app, or station devices.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Lost or stolen cards are blocked; employees must notify the Employer.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Only the Employer may request replacements for point-to-point passes.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>12. Employees should check with their company administrator before requesting a refund.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Cancellation Deadline\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Cancellations must be made \u003Cstrong>by the 5th of the month\u003C/strong>.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;There must be \u003Cstrong>no usage on or after the 1st\u003C/strong> of the month.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Bus Éireann - Additional Requirements\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Returning Physical Tickets\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n  \u003Cli>Monthly and annual \u003Cstrong>Point-to-Point\u003C/strong> tickets must be returned by the\u003Cstrong>&nbsp;5th of the month\u003C/strong>; otherwise, that month will be deducted from the refund/credit.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Leap Card Products\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n  \u003Cli>A Taxsaver Leap Card may be kept for personal use or used with other operators.\u003C/li>\n  \u003Cli>To retain the card, the company administrator must request Bus Éireann to\u003Cstrong>&nbsp;block the Taxsaver product\u003C/strong> no later than the 5th of the month; otherwise, that month will be deducted.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Replacement Tickets\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n  \u003Cli>No refunds are issued for replacement monthly or annual Point-to-Point tickets that are \u003Cstrong>lost, stolen, or destroyed\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>13. Insurance\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Employers are encouraged to advise employees to insure their passes under their home insurance \"all risks\" cover.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>14.
