IMPORTANT NOTICE: Issue with Collection of June Multimodal Taxsaver Products

We continue to actively work with Dublin Bus, Luas, Go Ahead, Bus Eireann and the National Transport Authority to implement a fix as a matter of urgency.

The problem is impacting ticket collection via the Leap Card Top-up app, Postpoint agents, and at LUAS validators. 

However, customers can still collect their products at Iarnród Éireann station Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) and validators. 

In the meantime, customers who hold a valid monthly or annual multimodal Taxsaver ticket commencing 1st June can use their ticket as a flash pass on the following services until the issue is resolved:

•    Dublin City Bus (Dublin Bus and Go Ahead)

•    LUAS

•    Applicable Bus Éireann & Go Ahead Dublin Commuter services.

Please ensure you have proof of your June Taxsaver ticket (e.g., Leap Card) when travelling.

We kindly ask that you circulate this update to all company employees who avail of Multimodal Taxsaver tickets for June. 

We will keep you updated on developments and confirm once the issue has been resolved.
