• Direct Debit registrations may take up to 5 days to be activated.
• Employees should review the ticket options available and choose the one that best suits their commute.
• Each employee must complete a written change to their terms and conditions of employment when salary sacrifice deductions are used. (Click here for the sample Annual Employee Agreement form.)
